1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of marmarainteractive.com.tr (the "site"), operated by Ahmet Selim Taşaltın, trading as Marmara Interactive ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. The game and Steam
The site provides information about Imperium: Titans of Commerce, which is developed by Marmara Interactive and published by Bosphorus Interactive. The game is sold and distributed through Steam. Purchases, downloads, refunds and your Steam account are governed by the Steam Subscriber Agreement and Valve's terms, not by these terms.
The game is in development. Features, languages, screenshots and release dates shown on the site may change.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the site, including text, images, screenshots, logos and game artwork, belongs to Ahmet Selim Taşaltın / Marmara Interactive or to its other rights holders, and is protected by copyright and related laws.
You may share links to the site and use screenshots and logos from it for non-commercial coverage of the game, such as news articles, reviews and videos, as long as you credit Marmara Interactive. Any other use requires our written permission.
4. Trademarks
The "Marmara Interactive" mark is the subject of a trademark application filed with the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office (TÜRKPATENT) through its EPATS system in the name of Ahmet Selim Taşaltın on 19.08.2026. The application was published in the Official Trademark Bulletin (Resmi Marka Bülteni) on 15.09.2026.
Please do not use the Marmara Interactive name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse or are connected to you or your product. Steam and the Steam logo are trademarks of Valve Corporation. Other names and marks belong to their respective owners.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the site in a way that breaks the law, harms other people, or disrupts or damages the site. This includes attempting to gain unauthorised access, overloading it with automated requests, or distributing malware.
6. Links to other sites
The site links to other websites, such as the Steam store. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. No warranty
The site is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or up to date.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

1. Bu koşullar hakkında
Bu koşullar, Marmara Interactive adıyla faaliyet gösteren Ahmet Selim Taşaltın ("biz") tarafından işletilen marmarainteractive.com.tr ("site") kullanımınızı düzenler. Siteyi kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen siteyi kullanmayın.
2. Oyun ve Steam
Site, Marmara Interactive tarafından geliştirilen ve Bosphorus Interactive tarafından yayımlanan Imperium: Titans of Commerce hakkında bilgi verir. Oyun Steam üzerinden satılır ve dağıtılır. Satın alma, indirme, iade ve Steam hesabınız bu koşullara değil, Steam Abone Sözleşmesi'ne ve Valve'ın koşullarına tabidir.
Oyun geliştirme aşamasındadır. Sitede gösterilen özellikler, diller, ekran görüntüleri ve çıkış tarihleri değişebilir.
3. Fikri mülkiyet
Metinler, görseller, ekran görüntüleri, logolar ve oyun çizimleri dahil sitedeki tüm içerik Ahmet Selim Taşaltın / Marmara Interactive'e veya diğer hak sahiplerine aittir ve fikir ve sanat eserleri mevzuatı ile ilgili diğer mevzuat kapsamında korunur.
Siteye bağlantı paylaşabilir, sitedeki ekran görüntülerini ve logoları haber, inceleme ve video gibi ticari olmayan oyun içeriklerinde Marmara Interactive'i kaynak göstererek kullanabilirsiniz. Diğer tüm kullanımlar için yazılı iznimiz gerekir.
4. Markalar
"Marmara Interactive" markası, Ahmet Selim Taşaltın adına 19.08.2026 tarihinde Türk Patent ve Marka Kurumu'na (TÜRKPATENT) EPATS sistemi üzerinden yapılmış bir marka başvurusunun konusudur. Başvuru 15.09.2026 tarihinde Resmi Marka Bülteni'nde yayımlanmıştır.
Lütfen Marmara Interactive adını veya logosunu, sizi ya da ürününüzü desteklediğimizi veya sizinle bağlantılı olduğumuzu düşündürecek şekilde kullanmayın. Steam ve Steam logosu Valve Corporation'ın markalarıdır. Diğer adlar ve markalar ilgili sahiplerine aittir.
5. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Siteyi hukuka aykırı, başkalarına zarar verecek ya da siteyi aksatacak veya ona zarar verecek şekilde kullanmayın. Buna yetkisiz erişim girişiminde bulunmak, siteyi otomatik isteklerle aşırı yüklemek veya zararlı yazılım yaymak dahildir.
6. Diğer sitelere bağlantılar
Site, Steam mağazası gibi başka sitelere bağlantı verir. Bu siteleri kontrol etmiyoruz ve içeriklerinden ya da uygulamalarından sorumlu değiliz.
7. Garanti verilmemesi
Site "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır. Sitenin doğru ve erişilebilir olması için çalışıyoruz ancak kesintisiz, hatasız veya güncel olacağını garanti etmiyoruz.
8. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

9. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir ve bunlarla ilgili uyuşmazlıklarda Türkiye mahkemeleri yetkilidir.
