1. Who we are
This website, marmarainteractive.com.tr, is operated by Ahmet Selim Taşaltın, trading as Marmara Interactive ("we", "us"). For the purposes of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), we are the data controller for the personal data described below.

2. What we collect
This website has no user accounts, no forms, no cookies and no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and images are served from our own domain, so your browser does not contact third-party services while you read the site.
- Technical data. When you visit, our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services (Amazon S3 and Amazon CloudFront), processes the technical information needed to deliver the page: your IP address, browser and device type, the page you requested and the time of the request. This data may appear in server logs used for security and troubleshooting.
- Language preference. Your choice of English or Turkish is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it. It stays on your device and is never sent to us. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.
- Emails. If you write to us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use them only to reply.
3. Why we use it
We process technical data to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the website, based on our legitimate interest in running it safely (KVKK Article 5(2)(f); GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We process emails to answer the request you send us (KVKK Article 5(2)(c) and (f); GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).
4. Sharing and transfers abroad
We do not sell personal data or share it for marketing. Amazon Web Services processes technical data on our behalf as our hosting provider. Its content delivery network serves the site from servers in several countries, so technical data may be processed outside Türkiye.
5. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Server logs are deleted once they are no longer needed for security or troubleshooting. Emails are kept for as long as we need them to handle your request and any follow-up.
6. Links to other sites
This site links to other websites, such as the Steam store and aselimtasaltin.com. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your data.
7. Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 and, where it applies, the GDPR, you can ask whether we process your personal data, request information about it, ask us to correct or delete it, object to its processing, and ask for compensation if you are harmed by unlawful processing. To use these rights, email info@marmarainteractive.com.tr. You can also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or, if you are in the EU, to your local data protection authority.
8. Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

2. Hangi verileri topluyoruz
Bu sitede kullanıcı hesabı, form, çerez, analiz ya da reklam takip aracı yoktur. Yazı tipleri ve görseller kendi alan adımızdan sunulur; siteyi okurken tarayıcınız üçüncü taraf hizmetlere bağlanmaz.
- Teknik veriler. Siteyi ziyaret ettiğinizde barındırma sağlayıcımız Amazon Web Services (Amazon S3 ve Amazon CloudFront), sayfayı size ulaştırmak için gereken teknik bilgileri işler: IP adresiniz, tarayıcı ve cihaz türünüz, istediğiniz sayfa ve isteğin zamanı. Bu veriler güvenlik ve hata giderme amacıyla tutulan sunucu kayıtlarında yer alabilir.

3. Verileri neden kullanıyoruz
Teknik verileri, siteyi güvenli bir şekilde işletme konusundaki meşru menfaatimize dayanarak siteyi sunmak, korumak ve hataları gidermek için işleriz (KVKK madde 5/2-f; GDPR madde 6/1-f). E-postaları, bize ilettiğiniz talebi yanıtlamak için işleriz (KVKK madde 5/2-c ve f; GDPR madde 6/1-b ve f).
4. Paylaşım ve yurt dışına aktarım
Kişisel verileri satmayız ve pazarlama amacıyla paylaşmayız. Amazon Web Services, barındırma sağlayıcımız olarak teknik verileri bizim adımıza işler. İçerik dağıtım ağı siteyi birçok ülkedeki sunuculardan sunduğu için teknik veriler Türkiye dışında işlenebilir.
5. Verileri ne kadar süre saklıyoruz
Kişisel verileri yalnızca yukarıdaki amaçlar için gerektiği sürece saklarız. Sunucu kayıtları, güvenlik veya hata giderme için artık gerekmediğinde silinir. E-postalar, talebinizi ve sonraki yazışmaları yürütmek için gerektiği sürece saklanır.
6. Diğer sitelere bağlantılar
Bu site, Steam mağazası ve aselimtasaltin.com gibi başka sitelere bağlantı verir. Bu sitelerin kendi gizlilik politikaları vardır ve verilerinizi nasıl işledikleri konusunda sorumluluğumuz yoktur.
7. Haklarınız
KVKK madde 11 ve uygulandığı durumlarda GDPR kapsamında; kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bunlar hakkında bilgi talep etme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme, işlenmesine itiraz etme ve hukuka aykırı işleme nedeniyle zarara uğramanız halinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz.
